In short: this site uses no cookies or tracking tools. We handle your data only when you contact us, and only to reply and do the job.
Who handles your data

What we handle and why
- When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: your name, contact details, pick-up and delivery addresses, and whatever you tell us. We use them to answer your enquiry, give a quote and carry out the agreed service (steps before a contract and performance of the contract).
- When we do a job: we keep the data needed for the invoice for as long as tax and accounting rules require (legal obligation).
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest). We do not use this data to identify visitors.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising. If you switch between the light and dark theme, that choice is stored only in your browser.
Who else sees the data
We do not sell your data or pass it to others for their own purposes. It is processed by the service providers we use: Cloudflare (site hosting and email forwarding), Google (email) and WhatsApp, if you message us that way. Some of them may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted at the latest one year after the last contact. Data tied to completed jobs and invoices is kept for the legally required periods.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive a copy to take elsewhere, and object to its processing. Contact us at info@jpradic2024.hr. If you believe we are not handling your data lawfully, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
